“Canadian customers have loved the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban for decades,” James Hodge, Chevrolet Canada director, said in a press release. “The updates to the 2025 full-size SUVs in design, engineering and technology will continue to make these vehicles a strong option for our customers whether it’s for towing, family road trips or overall versatility.”
New 2025 Tahoe/Suburban Design Elements
The bold nature of the Tahoe and Suburban platforms will never change, only becoming clearer with each passing update. On the outside, both full-size SUVs will feature new signature LED lighting elements that will better illuminate the road and help other drivers see the vehicles in low-light conditions. Inside the 2025 Suburban and Tahoe models, passengers will feel like they have more space thanks to subtle changes to the dashboard.
Updated Technology Features
Any automobile with a high profile like the 2025 Suburban or Tahoe must have the latest technology available to its owners. The centerpiece of both SUVs’ cabins will be a standard 17.7-inch freeform touchscreen interface, paired with a large 11-inch driver information screen. This is where the bulk of both SUV’s multimedia functions will be housed. A new wireless device charging tray is also available.
Diesel-Powered Performance
A diesel-powered engine offers a lot of advantages. The 2025 Suburban and Tahoe models will offer an available turbocharged 3.0-litre Duramax diesel engine that will make an estimated 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. Both figures are marked improvements over previously available diesel engine options.
