Exterior Design
Refined & Luxurious
The GMC Sierra 1500 was among the first pickup trucks built that introduced the idea of refinement and luxury to the segment. For 2023, GMC has continued to expand on that concept with the Denali and Denali Ultimate trims. Both versions enhance the truck’s bold proportions with exclusive accent elements like the chrome grill, specialized wheel designs, and more.
Off-Road-Ready Models
Life can take us almost anywhere. If your journey requires getting off the pavement and into the wilderness, the 2023 Sierra AT4 and AT4X trims are ready to go almost anywhere. The AT4 trim features a 2-inch factory-installed lift kit, mud terrain tires and red recovery hooks. Buyers can get all of that plus 18-inch wheels, more aggressive tires, and available accessory rocker protection with the AT4X version of the 2023 Sierra 1500.
Starting Strong
The 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 offers two of the most impressive entry-level trim grades in the segment. Buyers taking home the latest SLT and Elevation trims will get a truck featuring a sophisticated monochromatic exterior that is accented and enhanced with a gloss-black grille.

Technology
Multiple Digital Screens
GMC pickup trucks have featured touchscreens for a while. However, the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 is equipped with multiple driver-focused screens that will keep the person behind the wheel apprised of everything that is happening with the truck. Available Heads-Up Display
There is a lot of information to keep track of coming into the 2023 Sierra 1500. Drivers will be able to stay on top of much of it thanks to the available 15-inch heads-up display projected on the windshield. It’s standard on the Denali Ultimate and AT4X, and available on the Denali and AT4.
Near Total Camera Coverage
Whether you’re backing into a parking spot, pulling a trailer or tackling rugged terrain, an extra set of eyes can be helpful. The 2023 Sierra 1500 offers this without the need to bring another person with you with up to 14 available camera views that can be viewed on the truck’s touchscreen. These camera views include:
